How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data through either of the following methods:
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems:
- Full name (first name and last name)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Saved vehicles (license plate, brand, model, color)
- Saved addresses and location history
- Booking history (anonymized where legally required — see Section 3)

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any active subscriptions or pending bookings should be resolved before submitting the request.
Data Retained for Legal Obligations
In compliance with applicable Spanish and EU law, certain data must be retained for a defined period even after account deletion. This data is kept in a restricted, isolated state and is never used for marketing or service purposes.
- Invoices and payment records — retained for 5 years (Spanish tax law, Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria)
- Completed service records — anonymized and retained for 5 years for accounting and legal dispute purposes
- Fraud prevention logs — retained for up to 12 months for security investigations
- Legal claims or open disputes — retained until the claim is fully resolved
After the applicable retention period expires, this data is also permanently deleted or fully anonymized.
Deletion Processing Time
We process all account deletion requests as quickly as possible:
In most cases, deletion is completed within 7 business days. The 30-day window covers edge cases requiring manual review (e.g., open support tickets or ongoing bookings). You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been fully deleted.
